Our blast drums provide an impressive output of Ball  blast effects.

We can also produce wrinkle-free finish on chemically treated garments. With a capacity of 900 trousers per day. A dedicated 200 kg gas boiler for this department ensures continuity in operation.

Our embroidery section comprises of a 20 head embroidery machine and a 2 head sampling machine.

 

Keeping up with our objective of providing you with a complete bouquet of services, we can also handle your packing needs right from checking, buttoning, kaj, bartack, keyhole kaj, alteration, ironing, to packing the garment in retail boxes.

The high-precision machine specially imported from Italy and Spain are capable of :
a) Spraying garments with computer generated color patches.
b) Applying permanent wrinkles to specified areas.
c) Crush effect for further applications.
d) Grinding and Scraping
e) Transfer prints
f) Applying the highly popular destructive look on denims,    again through computerized design patch.
